RZL-B LUBRICANT DEWATER PURIFIER SERIES

RZL-B Series oil purifier is particularly fit for treatment to high water content turbine oil, hydraulic oil, freezing machine oil, as well as other lubricant oil which requires to have large amount of water be removed and impurities be removed by precision filtration. RZL series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system..

Characteristics

A. Highly efficient dewater: quickly to remove water from the half water oil. High and New Technology: Molecule emulsion breaking and thin film evaporation technology with large area to remove water, gas and light hydrocarbon.

B. Highly ability of dewatering and demulsification , Not only can efficiently remove the large amount water in the oil, but also can quickly remove the light water in the oil.

C. It has high capacity in dewatering and emulsion breaking. It can remove a lot of water from the oil and also can filter moisture from it.

D. Use the special filters and special sealed materials, which can stand high temperature, has good ability of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength.

E. Strong impurity removing capability. The large area and intensive precise filtration materials can remove the granules in the oil and meanwhile its automatic back flushing function can automatically clean the large quantity of residual impurities withheld by filter.
